Anamnesis
I get to know the company as it is today: goals, team routines, tools in use, past attempts, and where leadership feels it is losing time and money.
AI diagnosis, implementation and follow-up for companies that want to operate with greater efficiency, predictability and margin. Projects led by Claudia M. Barradas.
Before any tool is chosen, every project answers four questions. They define what is in scope, what stays out, and the order in which things happen.
Margin, service capacity, speed of decision. The starting point is a business objective, not a technology.
A diagnosis of the operation as it really runs, a tailored design, and metrics defined before implementation begins.
Workstreams are prioritized by return. The first gain comes early and sustains the stages that follow.
As little as possible. I implement, integrate it into your operation and train your people. The company decides; the AI executes.
No treatment begins without a diagnosis. Nor does any AI project. The principle that guides CMB
My first training was in medicine: I am an ophthalmologist. That is where I learned that no one prescribes a treatment before examining the patient. I bring the same rigor to the way companies operate, in four stages, each with a defined deliverable.
I get to know the company as it is today: goals, team routines, tools in use, past attempts, and where leadership feels it is losing time and money.
I examine processes, costs and information flows to locate bottlenecks, rework, financial losses and tools that cost more than they deliver.
I prescribe and I execute. I implement the agents and systems, integrate them into your operation and train your team. When a current tool gets in the way, it is replaced.
I track the metrics defined in the diagnosis and adjust whatever is needed until the results hold on their own, without depending on me.
Five areas where the largest losses, and the largest gains, tend to concentrate. The diagnosis determines which one comes first.
Mapping losses and eliminating rework and redundant tools, with dashboards that show the business in real time.
Agents that answer on WhatsApp and Instagram in the brand’s voice, qualify leads and hand the sales team negotiations that are ready to move forward.
Teams of agents that plan, execute and check recurring tasks, with scheduled routines that run without intervention.
AI-driven production of pages, campaigns and videos, including realistic avatars, appearance changes and professional voice cloning for video editing.
When no off-the-shelf solution fits, I build the company’s own: from screen design to deployment on dedicated infrastructure.
Before any tool, an examination of the operation. I map processes, costs and tools, locate bottlenecks and financial losses, and show where AI pays off first.
For companies that want a simpler starting point before a custom project, Claud.ia is already on the market. She orchestrates a team of specialist agents: she takes requests in plain language, distributes the work, oversees execution and delivers only when the job is done.
Each client has its own agent, isolated and secure.
From strategy to code, without relying on a chain of vendors. These are the skills already applied in real projects.

I trained as an ophthalmologist. From the consulting room I moved into the beauty industry, where I rose quickly in bridal beauty services in Rio de Janeiro and earned a prominent position in that market.
That path led me to create management courses and mentoring programs for other beauty professionals. It was there that I began using artificial intelligence to make what I taught about business easier to put into practice.
That experience gave rise to Lançadora Gu.ia, a SaaS that generates e-books, sales pages and social media posts. It grew fast: within two months it passed six figures in revenue, in Brazilian reais, and today it has more than 800 active users.
Over the past year I pivoted completely. Today CMB brings other companies the method I learned in medicine: a precise diagnosis before any treatment.
Every engagement begins with the diagnosis: an anamnesis of the operation to understand where the company stands and where the losses are.
